Donna Trudeau – EMS Captain 640

Donna Started out as Fire Police in 2007 and quickly was appointed Fire Police Captain. Donna Has held many positions throughout her time at Hague Fire Department. Donna was treasurer and then was elected Asst. EMS Captain. Eventually she was elected EMS Captain, which is her current position besides Board of Directors. Donna Dedication to her community and to her team goes above and beyond the Fire Department. Every Day Donna wants the community to know that we care and are willing to go above and beyond to meets the ever-changing needs of the community. When Donna is not at the Firehouse her family is her true passion along with making maple syrup. 


 Terrie Davis – Assistant Captain 641

Terrie Davis started with Hague EMS back in 2001 to give back to her community, Terrie is an EMT and has served under many administrations since she started. Terrie has been a huge part of the Hague EMS squad. She has single handedly been keeping the EMS squad going wether it's responding to calls or providing that much needed sense of humor to the patient and the team at their time of need. When Terrie is not on EMS she can be found working all around as an instructor or operating her own personal business. When Terrie get's some spare time she likes to hike, go boating with family, and a nice relaxing view of nature. Terrie has a unquie set of skills that makes her a valuable member here at Hague EMS and we appreciate everything she does to keep day to day operations going. Recently Terrie won EMS provider of the Year in 2024 which is a well deserved and earned award. 

Sean M Frederick AEMT – Med LT- 642

Sean Frederick started out as a Volunteer Junior Firefighter in Dutchess County NY. He found his passion for helping others and continued his career in EMS starting out as a dispatcher / Driver of the ambulance in college. In 2020 Sean obtained his EMT and learned how to become the provider he is today through the years of experience in 911 calls and interfacility transports. In 2024 Sean had the opportunity to take an AEMT class to expand his skills and obtained his AEMT in 2025. Today Sean is a valuable member not only on the ambulance but in the progress he makes in the office inbetween calls. Sean is currently in charge of our ALS program, and order all supplies the squad needs to continue our effort to provide good high quality care to the residents of Hague.

 

Karin Frederick  EMT

Karin Frederick started her EMS career following in her husband steps. Karin started in 2020 as Junior Advisor to a local EMS squad and ultimately took an EMT class and obtained her EMT in 2023. Karin is a valuable asset on and off the ambulance. Karin not only pulls duty shifts and responds to call but she also helps out on all special events. When Karin is not on duty she also works on expanding her knowledge and is a EMT for an interfacility transport company.

 

Craig B Bateman – EMT

Craig Bateman is an EMT with Hague Fire and EMS. Craig was born into a family of 4 generations of Firefighters. Craig had a passion for Fire and EMS at a very young age. Craig Started a local Fire Department explorers program and when he graduated from Highschool started working on his Fire fighter certifications. Craig became an EMT in 2022 and has a wide experience on different 911 calls and interfacility transports. When Craig is not doing fire and EMS Craig can be found in his garage doing many projects to better improve his recently bought house. Craig is a valueable wealth of knowledge that keeps the team going everyday.Craig has a very valuable wealth of knowldge that keeps impressing the EMS squad, Community members and all individuals he talks to. Craig has been in the Fire / EMS service for 10 years, and has recently (06-2024) joined our department to help improve himself and those around him.   

 

Anais Carpeniter – Driver / Attendant

 Anais came to Hague EMS in 2025 with a passion to serve her community. Anais is currently in EMT school and working on getting her EMT certification for the state of NY. This is the first steps of many that she will conquer in her career. Anais is also explorering the Firefighter program here at Hague Volunteer Fire Department. When she not learning or going to class Anais enjoys going out with friends and family and doing various activities.
